Frequently asked questions
When will my order ship?
We're fast! :) We usually ship within 24 hrs of your order being placed, Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and all major holidays. Etsy will send you an automated email upon shipment that contains tracking information for your package. For the security of your package, please track your package so you can anticipate it's arrival.
How can I change or cancel my order?
Because our turnaround time is so fast, changing or canceling an order after it’s been placed can be tricky. We cannot guarantee that we can cancel or change your order, but please contact us immediately and we'll try our best.
How will my package ship?
Domestic: Your package will ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail usually within 24hrs of purchase, M-F. Please allow approx 3-7 days for First Class delivery and approx 1-4 days for Priority delivery. Kindly note that we cannot guarantee delivery times on behalf of the USPS. Delivery times are approx as weather conditions or other factors outside of our control may influence delivery times.
International: Your package will ship via First Class or Priority Mail International. Please allow 1-6 weeks depending on your location and shipping service selected.
How can I track my order?
Etsy will send you an automated email upon your shipment of your package with tracking information. Inside this email, you will find a clickable tracking number that will tell you exactly where your package is. You can also access your tracking information under "YOU"--> "Purchases & Reviews". If you are having trouble viewing this information, feel free to contact us and we'll be happy to supply you with your tracking link.
Do you offer upgraded shipping?
Yes! :) Please see upgraded shipping options in your shopping cart upon checkout.
Insurance and Shipping Confirmation
All domestic Priority Mail packages are automatically insured up to $100. Kindly note that insurance does not cover lost or stolen packages, but only damage to contents. If your package arrives damaged, send us pictures immediately so we can process your insurance claim. We cannot process insurance claims without pictures so please retain the original shipping envelope/box and all contents.
Signature Confirmation can be added to your order as an additional service if you need the security of signature confirmation. Kindly note that the USPS charges $2.35 for this service, which is not included in your shipping price. Please indicate upon checkout if you need Signature Confirmation and we will send you an invoice for the upgrade.
Lost/Stolen Packages
Kindly note that the buyer is 100% responsible for the security of the delivery address. We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages due to theft or USPS negligence. Thank you for your understanding.
